Dr. Campbell was trained in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.  His training was hospital based and included extensive training in anesthesia.  Prior to specialty training he graduated with a biology degree from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN.  His dental training was completed at the University of Iowa in Iowa City.  He enjoys giving back to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program in Knoxville through developing and teaching the implant curriculum with Dr. Witherington, Dr. Cheung and Dr. Nagy.  He also enjoys giving back to the dental field through his various publications.

Dr. Campbell is married and the father of three wonderful and active children.  The Campbells are active at church and enjoy spending time together as a family.  When away from family he enjoys volunteering.  Recent opportunities have been with RAM and the Emory Valley Center Dental Clinic.  He looks forward to serving and volunteering in his community always.  Personally, Dr. Campbell has interests in video production, writing and performing music, the performing arts, sports, and being in the outdoors.
